Early-access privacy notice
Last updated October 5, 2026.
This notice covers the Whisper Coach website interest list. It does not cover private coaching conversations or create a coaching account. If registration is closed, the form does not accept or save contact details.
What the interest form collects
When registration is open, we ask for your email address. Your name and sport are optional. We send your email permission with the request. Mailchimp maintains your subscription status and signup records. Please do not enter health information or private coaching details.
Why we use it and where it is stored
Whisper Coach Inc. uses these details to manage interest in early access and send the updates and invitations you request. The integration stores entries in our Mailchimp audience, accessible to authorized account users. Mailchimp processes this information to provide its email and audience services, which may involve processing in other countries. See Intuit’s privacy statement.
The registration form explains the next step. Mailchimp processes your signup and may show a verification or error page. New subscribers must confirm their email using the confirmation link; an address that is already subscribed does not need to confirm again. Joining the list does not guarantee a Founding 100 place, provide immediate access to the coach, or enroll you in a paid service.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails. To ask to see, correct, or remove your interest-list details, contact john@whispercoach.co. We retain interest details while needed to manage the early-access list. We respect unsubscribe choices; a limited suppression record may be kept to avoid sending you unwanted emails.
Website security
Our hosting provider processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Mailchimp may ask you to complete an additional verification step to prevent automated submissions. The public website does not provide access to the interest list.
